MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Negosyo Center
January 10, 2018 @3:00pm-4:00pm

I. OPENING PRAYER
Camille Breech F. Rivera, the president of the club, led the opening prayer.
II. ROLL CALL
The club’s president made the roll call of the officers. The officers that were present were
Camille Breech F. Rivera (YCSC President), Rica G. Banaag (YCSC Vice President), Donisa
Guiritan (YCSC Treasurer) and Mary Joy Panonce (YCSC Auditor). The moderator of the club,
Mdm. Nelia C. Tizon was also present in the meeting. The other officers of the club were not
around during the meeting because of their personal reasons.
III. PRESENTATION AND ADOPTION OF AGENDA
The agenda of the meeting were:
 Discussing what the YCSC activity will be having
 Faith Sharing
 Teambuilding of Working Student

The members are planning what activity will be conducted with remaining month. We have
discussed and evaluate what we did in past and for future.
The proposed activities of the club for the remaining semester were deliberated by the officers
and the moderator. After further deliberation, the club came up with these activities.
IV. READING OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
The club vice president conducted the reading of the previous minutes.
V. BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
The proposed activities during the last meeting were finalized and were clarified. The proposed
activities all about community services and assisting the Bro. Polycarp Foundation .
VI.NEW BUSINESS
The club agreed with the YCSC Faith Sharing to be held on January 10, 2018. The agenda of the
said meeting are Faith Sharing and assist a teambuilding of working student for upcoming
February 25, 2018. The participants of the meeting are the YCSC officers and moderator. The
moderator of the club will conduct the Faith Sharing of the members of the club.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
The club president ended the meeting by asking the members for clarifications and concerns. The
YCSC Vice President did the recap of the things discussed during the meeting. After for the
further explanations and clarifications, Camille Breech F. Rivera closed the meeting and Mary
Joy Panonce seconded it. The closing prayer was led by Donisa Guiritan.
