feel more confident and comfortable with their acts of service.
VI. Recommendations for improvement:
• It would be more engaging and enjoyable if the event is done face to face.
5
• The better the materials and preparation, the better the implementation of the webinar.
• Audience will feel more obliged to attend if incentives are given.
• The audience will learn a lot more if the event is done for a whole day instead of just two hours.
• The event schedule could be improved. Resource speakers will be able to stay for a lot longer if the event is held when they are not as busy with their personal
