RATIONALE
The Filipino youths are currently facing a number of social issues that generally
require approaches. Most individuals in today's generation, especially young people,
suffer with a never-ending cycle of poverty, illiteracy, violence, and human rights
abuses which limits their ability and prevents them from developing their full potential
to change the world. In response to this current situation, the group developed a
campaign that encourages young people to rise from this stigma and build a society
with better and more capable leaders. The Youth Leadership Campaign seeks to
provide youth with opportunities to develop in a healthy atmosphere that fosters
personal development. Hopefully after this program, the participants will become
more active in the community and in extracurricular activities while creating lifelong
skills.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES This proposal provides a unique chance to explore how

adolescents engage in influence and develop a deeper
grasp of the function of influence among youth leaders.
After this program, attendees are expected to adapt what
they have learned and utilize it in the future. This includes
the following:
1. Motivate others. Encourage others by demonstrating
optimism, vision, confidence, challenge, and recognition.
2. Youth-Community Partnerships. The community-based
leadership programs that took part in this project routinely
included teenagers in a range of community tasks. This
showed that good adjustments in this area were possible.
It was intended that adolescents who participated in these
activities would feel more involved and connected to their
neighborhoods and communities. A sense of belonging to
one's community is an important indication of excellent
youth development.
3. Social Competencies. The ability for empathy with
everyone else was assumed to be impacted by
leadership programs. The ability to be sensitive to the
feelings and experiences of others is characterized as
empathy. Leaders are often capable of listening to others
and displaying sensitivity and explain why they made their
choices.
