When you find one, submit the same and write a reflection or your insights on how it is
being made or formulated. In addition, specify the importance of training or activity
design/proposal in social work or social welfare fields.

The researched activity design shows how the program for Sangguniang

Kabataan program provides a concrete layout of the events and budget. As we can see,

the proposal relays the details that the higher heads can eventually comprehend. The

rational, objectives, target participants, content, implementation strategies,

implementation methodologies, date and venue, and budgetary requirements were all
detailed and shows the elements and figures that are important in the activity design.

Concrete, topic-focused, or direct and formal training activities are always relied on by

organizational strategies in order to fill these gaps in knowledge. Realizing this can be

helpful in rethinking the way in which social workers are trained, as it highlights the

challenges of learning on the job. It is beneficial for social workers to incorporate

learning through direct practice tasks into their overall strategy for professional

development in order to make the most of the policy environment, which is constantly

shifting. The submission of an official document known as a project proposal is

considered by many charitable organizations to be the most effective method for

suggesting a solution to a problem.

Frequently, project proposals will summarize an issue or a requirement by

conducting a review of the pertinent literature and presenting potential solutions, such

as new policies or programs. Before work on a project gets underway, the agency and

the client should utilize the proposal as their primary means of communication with one

another. As a consequence of this, the proposal is utilized to provide an explanation to

the client regarding the objectives and prerequisites of the project. An event's focus and

goals can be more easily maintained with the help of activity plans, allowing the event to

more effectively address an urgent problem facing the community.
