ACCM REGULAR MEETING on April 10, 2023 @ Maui UMC

ATTENDANCE: 17 members were present
001/23- Approved that Lay Organization be held at Maui UMC on April 20, 2023 with
P200.00 registration fee.
002/23- Approved that DS Ike B. Pama will also be enrolled in the NCPAC Contributory
Pension Fund.
003/23- Approved that BOOM “Malayang Talakayan” will be held at Roxas UMC on April
18, 2023 with P100 reg. fee.
004/23- Approved that local churches would allot P500 for Clergy Scholarship Fund.
005/23- Approved the NCPAC Continuing Education with the Bishop on July 17-19, 2023
@ Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.
006/23- Moved that the Annual Conference Program planning be done by the 2 DS’s, the
AC Secretary, the AC Lay Leader, the ACCM Director, & the Host Pastor on April 18, 2023
@ Roxas UMC.
007/23- Approved that Clergy session be done on May 29, 2023 after the afternoon
session instead of May 28, 2023 @ 1pm.
008/23- Approved that the registration fee for the Annual Conference is Two thousand
pesos and five hundred Pesos for the journal. A toral registration of P2,500.00.
009/23- Approved that pre-registration be done until May 15, 2023 and the host church
should make an on-line pre-registration.
010/23- Approved that the host church will be in-charge of all the materials needed
during the communion/memorial service.
011/23- Approved that parking lot during the Annual Conference will be at the Covered
Court of Barangay Maui.
