Newly Established
Purpose is to have a designated person to facilitate preparation for church events.
May assign particular persons or organizations to head the planning and execution of
program and activities for 3 of church’s main events (Church Outing/Baptism,
Anniversary and Christmas Celebration) and other arising occasions.
Inform church attendees of upcoming events and encourage them to participate.
Evaluate outcome of events to point out areas for improvement.
CHURCH OUTING/BAPTISM
PLANS
Conduct targeted activities that would cater to specific group of persons to ensure that
guests will have a place to belong (organizations)
Coordinate with organizations (Children/Youth/Women/Men/Prayer) for group
evangelism activities.
Coordinate with Ptra Diane for a “STARTER PLAN” that would layout the church’s
direction for newcomers.
Improve attendance count by at least 10%.
Help maintain the enthusiasm of new comers to come again.
