Minute of Eneka group meeting held 14th of May 2023 at Rumuduru church .

Time: 12:27pm

Devotion: opening prayer and bible reading was taken by Nwaiyioma Ogbonna.

Topic: Be prepared.

Elder Victor O. Samuel admonish the women that the women should be prepared at all time to do the
work of God, because we are almost at the end time.

Testimonies and prayer request: testimonies were taken and prayer request was offered by chinazam
Sweet Owen and elder Victor O Samuel.

Welcome Address: The leader welcomed everyone present to the meetin.

Attendance : Eneka - 6, Rumuodara - 3, Rumunduru -10, Rumuesara - 1, Army Range - Nil,

Total Attendance = 20

Mission Statement: It was recited as a song.

Agenda: The agenda was read and adopted as a working document for the day's meeting.

Reading adoption of previous minutes: The minutes was read and adopted as the property of the house
after small correction was made.

Business of the day

Action 001

Group Praise Day: Eneka group praise day still remains on the 6th of August 2023 and the women
agreed that they will print an appeal card and that the appeal card will be shared to various churches.
The target or goal is (₦ 2, 000, 000. 00 ) only.

Action 002:

Quiz competition: The leader is still encouraging the woman to be ready for the competition, stating that
the competition will run from local to district and also conference churches.

Action 003:

Zonal evangelism: The zolo evangelism still remains on July 2023 and the qota given to the woman is
₦80,000 only. Two women from our group are to camp during the evangelism, they are: Margret Amadi
from Eneka church. The Quota was shared as follows:

 Rumunduru ₦20, 000
 Rumuesara ₦10, 000
 Army Range ₦2,500

Action 005:

Enlarge Exco meeting:

Enlarge exco meeting comes up on 21st May, 2023, time is 10pm. All local church and district leaders
including secretaries are to be in attendance. The leader also encourage the women to pay for the book
(great controversy) to enable her remit the quota.

Action 006:

Army Range church visitation: Eneka women have agreed to visit army range church on 20/05/23.

Action 007:

Rumuokwurushi Invitation: Rumuokeurushi district women invited the women on their sales day and
the house have agreed to give them sum of ₦10, 000 only, where is Church is to pay the sum of ₦2,000
only. The house also agreed to invite them on our praise day where which they are to come with one
carton of maltina and one bottle of wine. Invitation date is 18/06/2023

Information:

 The house have a great visit sister Charity from Rumuokwurushi district. We are encouraged to
give according to what God has placed in our heart. Date is 10/07/2023.
 The house have a great visit and mother from Rumunduru church that went for operation and
we are also admonished to go with whatever we have to give.
 Y.A.W.M encouragement awareness visitation. Y.A.W.M have agreed to go on encouragement
awareness visitation to the various local churches.
 Y.A.W.M skill acquisition workshop comes up and August 2023, The date will be communicated
later.
 Y.A.W.M have agreed to join the women to appreciate the pastor.
Rumunduru church women presented their welcome son.
