Greetings,
Notice of a General Meeting
This is inform every member of Gokana Diocesan Women Fellowship that there will be a general meeting scheduled as
follows:

Date: Thursday 15 February 2024

Time: 8:00 A.M.
Venue: Methodist Church Nigeria, Biara.
Dress Code: National Women Fellowship uniform

This meeting shall include every female worker in the Diocese – Ladies and Girls Fellowship, Daughters of Wesley, and
Women Fellowship. Every local church and circuit should please ensure that every of their member that belongs to any of
the groups mentioned above is present during the meeting.

In the course of the meeting, the following and a few others shall be discussed: (1) WW week (2) Events for the year, 2024.

Note that Nkporoka, our local uniform, has been banned by the Prelates’ wife, and so, no one is expected to be seen
wearing it to the meeting. Only the National Women Fellowship uniform should be worn.

Lastly, treat this notice with urgency as this meeting shall be a pacesetter to every other activity that is to be carried in this
year, 2024 beginning with the WW Week coming up in the month of March (4th – 10th). Stay blessed.
