    Dear Pastor Sahagun,

    Greetings in the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior!

    It is of great pleasure informing you that the Women’s Ministry under MASOLU
    DISTRICT has been active. Series of fellowship and meetings were conducted, all for
    the purpose of uniting and activating the Women’s ministry per district of Masbate. With
    close coordination and meetings with the other Women’s Districts under Baptist
    Conference of the Philippines, it has been are planned to conduct National Women’s
    Conference next year, April 2020 (date to be announced).

    In this regard, we would like humbly request and to as permission to your good office to
    please allow us to use the Masbate Baptist Church (Church building) as the venue
    (including musical instruments and other necessary equipment relative for this event).
    As to accommodation of the delegates, they shall be accommodated with the hotels
    available nearby the venue.

    Your favorable response regarding this request will be highly appreciated.
