Re: Basic Youth Orientation Seminar
To: All Barangay Captains, SK Officials and BEC Leaders

Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Greetings in the Lord!

We thank you for sending youth leaders to our “Parish Youth Ministers’ Workshop-
Parish Youth Ministers in Mission: Road Map to celebrating the Year of the Youth
(parish level)” at Brgy. San Roque, Mayorga, Leyte last February 9 - 10, 2019. We are
deeply grateful for taking a favorable step to our request.

Hence, as result of the workshop, this month of March will be for the conduct of Basic
Youth Orientation Seminar on every Saturday. Below is the agreed schedule of each
Barangay for the conduct of the event, to wit:

March 9 Wilson, Ormocay (Afternoon) Wilson
March 16 Camansi, Talisay (Afternoon) Camansi
Calipayan (Morning) Calipayan

Burgos, Luna (Afternoon) Luna
Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, Mabini, Municipal Auditorium-
March 30
Bonifacio, San Roque (Afternoon) Zone 3

For all barangays scheduled in the afternoon, the event will start at 1PM while for the
barangay scheduled in the morning, it will start at 8AM. There will be NO
REGISTRATION FEE. Active members and leaders of the Parish Commission on Youth
will super head this event. However, we would like to seek assistance on the following
concerns:

a) Good Venue to accommodate our participants (for the Host);

b) Operational Sound System (for the Host); and
c) Send a minimum of 10 youth per Barangay to the venue.

We look forward to be working with you especially in catering the needs and services
our young constituents deserve.
