Concerns: On record, the subject lot is under the administration of one JOSE ALORO.
Administrator, Jose Aloro, is the father of seller (of the house) Lolita Aloro and Fe Aloro
and is now deceased.

When the property was surveyed sometime in 2016, we wrote Lolita Aloro a notice that
the subject property is for lease since she was the one using the property since the
demise of her father (see as attached in the letter by the Sps.). In 2019, the house
erected on the subject lot was sold by Lolita Aloro to the Sps.
