33 There being majority of the members of the Archdiocesan Council on Temporaties
34 already in attendance, the meeting was called to order at 2:20PM.

36 While the body waits for the Archbishop to arrive, the meeting was presided by the
37 Vicar for Temporalities.

39 There was no reading of the minutes of the previous meeting since lasy year’s
40 meeting was recorded June 24, 2019 and subsequent meetings were only held by
41 small groups. Instead, when asked to read the minutes, Jerome prepared updates
42 of matters resolved during previous meetings which was not read to the body.
