33 The Presiding Officer, Hon. Reinoso, called the meeting to order at 8:28 am.
34 Hon. John Rey Bendebel led the Invocation followed by the singing of Pilipinas

53 being sold at the public market of the City of Baguio” (Item 1, 20 July 2022 Agenda)

55 There was a thorough discussion and debate between the sponsor and the
56 Honorable Councilors regarding the importance and implementation of the proposed
57 ordinance.

59 During the period of amendments, the body amended certain provisions of the
60 ordinance.

62 ACTION: The ordinance was passed on the committee level and referred on the
63 approval of second reading.
