53 Reading of the Previous Minutes was done, then the Presiding Officer solicited corrections,
54 clarifications and amendments. The member of the Sangguniang Barangay made the corrections

 60 The Punong Barangay Congratulate the committee for the success of the SIMEX and everybody
61 shows improvement.

63 Maam Arceli instructed the drivers where to start the observation of the surrounding of entire
64 Poblacion.we receive a short notice from other town 1 week that they had 1-week lockdown.
65 Maam arceli told Sir Rosales how to accept the SIMEX if we are unprepared and not ready,dispite
66 all that I congratulate all for all the business establishment in Poblacion were closed for the sake of
67 the lockdown exercise simulation, and we notice that all the constituents followed the protocol, all
68 the citizen cooperated with the Simulation lockdown what more if we were prepared for about a
69 week. As to Procedure I look for the environment especially in receiving COVID patient

71 Maam Arceli added that we needed to inform the people to be aware of this virus and help
72 disseminate information to the people that there is no positive here never believe in fake news.

74 Dr. Dennis Lua said that it is important to implement social distancing to the patient 1 meter away
75 from the patient and wear mask to avoid contamination of virus.

77 Mrs. Jemaimah contact tracing team inform the BHW who monitored the LSI will also undergo 14
78 days quarantine.

80 Sir Rosales said that the PNP contact tracing team, they put yellow tape in the area of COVID
