21 Preliminaries
22 Session began with a prayer lead by Hon. Gementiza, followed by singing of national
23 anthem, since majority of the attendance was present the chairman declared the session
24 into quorum, reading and approval of the minutes of the previous regular session was taken
25 some amendments and insertion were given by Hon. Gementiza, and Hon. Fuertes, after
26 which Hon. Gementiza moved for its approval seconded by Hon. Dabalos.

28 Privilege
29 The chairman expressed his warm greetings to the august body and expected a fruitful new
30 years to everyone.

32 Hon. Gementiza, moved for the adoption of business of the day, seconded by Hon.
33 Monares.

35 NORDECO Concern
36 Hon. Gementiza informed the council members regarding the electricity connection.
37 Accordingly he already transacts to NORDECO office and paid the amount of 157,000.00 half
38 the amount of the arrears from the Barangay old account, and in behalf of barangay Sto.
39 Niño, he committed to NORDECO office to paid 10,000.00 per month additional payment to
40 monthly current bill until the arrears will be fully paid, he added that he also coordinated
41 Donald Cardeño for some wirings concern and purchase electrical materials for re-
42 installation of Electric meter, over all expense is 175, 000.00. Since there was no objection,
43 it was carried.

45 BORA-BORA Concern
46 Hon. Gementiza informed the council members regarding the negative and positive
47 comments on the implementation of Barangay Ordinance no2, S-2016 or known as
48 prohibited use of bora-bora mufflers of motor vehicle, it was make fun of some netizens
49 since the Barangay strictly implemented the said ordinance but the LGU was conducted a
50 motor show, showing the most noise motor cycle using improvise bora-bora muffler. Hon.
51 Gementiza coordinated to this matter to PNP-Talaingod and according to them that Bora-
52 bora issues cannot be solve urgently and they really appreciate the effort of the barangay
53 officials and they suggested Since there was no objection, it was carried.

55 Quarry concern
56 Hon. Gementiza informed the council members regarding the quarry of Mr. Onod, located
57 at Purok 2, side II, it was being observed that the said quarry cause accident to the vehicle
58 passers on the said areas after thorough discussion it was agreed to invite Mr. Onod to
59 answer this concern, since there was no objection, it was carried.

61 Kibunoan Request
62 Hon. Martir Bucaron presented the request of Sitio Kibunoan, requesting 500 meters of
63 hose and 2pcs. Of drum, Hon. Gementiza clarify regarding the status of the said sitio, the
64 chairman replied that the said sitio was not yet acknowledge as included to regular sitio
65 since the residence of the said area was coming from sitio Cabadiangan though they
66 requested to separate from mother purok but still it was not approved. Hon. Libayao,
67 replied that they did not allow the said area to be separated from sitio Cabadiangan since
68 they did not undergo right process in which they need to ask from mother purok regarding
69 the separation since there was a personal issue. After thorough discussion it was agreed to
70 visit sitio Kibunoan for site inspection of water source before granting the request. Since
71 there was no objection, it was carried.

73 Drilling of water system concern
74 Hon. Fuertes, suggested to the august body that the existing allocated budget of water
75 system of Barangay hall will be drill type in which machine will be installed using electricity
76 and other hand it can be used as jetmatic during absence of Electricity, after presentation
77 and discussion the Chairman tasked Hon. Fuertes to facilitate this matter. Since there was
78 no objection, it was carried.

80 Other matter
81 Hon. Gementiza, asked the consideration and approval of council members to utilize portion
82 area of the back portion of barangay to place the boxing facility, since there was no
83 objection it was granted.
84 Hon. Fuertes give an update regarding the project of Sitio tibi-tibi that it was almost
85 completed.

87 Since no more matter to discuss at 10:32 A.M Hon. Dabalos moved for the adjournment of
88 the session seconded by Hon. Monares.
