Minutes of the Meeting

Date and Time: February 14, 2022, 9:00 A.M


Place: Room 11, Music Session Hall, Office of Student Affairs and Services

1. Opening prayer was led by Ms. Christina Alessandra L. Molina.


2. The meeting started at 9:20 AM and was presided by Mr. Joseph G. Castro, President.
3. Mr. Isaiah K. Montejo, Secretary conducted a roll call.
• The following members are present:
a) Paula Almendraz
b) Juanito Bermudez
c) Marcelino Diosdado
d) Vicente Macapagal
e) Kean Medina
• The following members are absent:
a) Angel Mojica
b) Queenie Torres
• Mr. Nick de Guzman was represented by Ms. Alliah Reyes
4. Mr. Castro delivered the opening message. He mentioned that during their
administrative meeting, clubs must submit their quarterly accomplishment report.
5. The minutes of the previous meeting was presented by Mr. Castro, President. It was
moved by Mr. Josaiah M. Daculas and seconded by Ms. Patricia J. Ylarde.
6. The agenda of the meeting was presented by Mr. Castro.
7. Meeting Proper

a) Evaluation of the last Activity

Mr. Castro provided a quick overview of the previous activity’s evaluation. The
last activity received a satisfactory rating in the overall evaluation. Some
comments/suggestions were made, such as cracked speaker sound, microphone
malfunctions, and so on. Mr. Jose Marie M. Reyes, business manager for
external affairs, suggested looking for another sound system provider.

The evaluation for the last activity was moved by Mr. Juanito Bermudez and
seconded by Ms. Kean Medina.
b) Review of Financial Report

Ms. Dianne Samantha M. Perlado, Treasure, provided a summary of the latest


activity's financial update. She extensively described the transactions that
occurred during the last activity, such as the payment for props, outfits, and travel
expenses.

According to Mr. Castro, any concerns or clarifications regarding with the


financial updates must be directed to the treasurer.

The review of financial report is moved by Mr. Marcelino Diosdado and seconded
by Ms. Paula Almendraz.

c) Quarterly Activities

Mr. Castro discussed the proposed quarterly activities for the second quarter of
2022. It was agreed that the planned activities were excellent and achievable as
long as the members will cooperate and support this initiatives.

He noted that a meeting will be held two weeks before the planned activity to
discuss and prepare.

The scheduled activities were attached to the minutes. Please see the following
page for further information.

The quarterly activities were moved by Ms. Paula Almendraz and seconded by
Mr. Vicente Macapagal.

8. The next meeting was scheduled on March 18, 2022, 9:00 AM, Room 11, Music Session
Hall, Office of Student Affairs and Services.
9. Closing prayer was led by Ms. Amanda Mae C. Ocampo.
10. Meeting adjourned at 11:48 A.M.
