MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BARANGAY ECOLIGICAL AND SOLID

WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON JANUARY 11, 2021 AT 8:00 A.M..

I. ATTENDANCE – The meeting was attended by 12 members of the street

sweepers, and the Barangay Eco Officer Roger Reyes.

II. OPENING PRAYER – The opening prayer was led by the committee
Chairman Kgd. Donato P. Mariano.

III. BUSINESS OF THE DAY – Kgd. Nato Mariano thanked the street sweepers
for their active support to the committee. He said that in order to revitalize the
action of the committee it will be divided into two (2) teams with a team leader
each. He also laid down the areas to be handled by each team which will be
covered by them. A special team will be organized for the monitoring of the
performance of the team. He further explained that the better team will
receive incentives which will be awarded on the Christmas Party of the
barangay in grateful recognition to them. Criteria for the determination of the
winner will be adjudged by NGOs together with Managers of various business
establishments in the barangay.

IV. ADJOURNMENT – After a series of discussions on strategic action plans on

solid waste management the meeting was adjourned and ended at exactly
10:15 a.m.

I. ATTENDANCE – The meeting was attended by 11 members of the street sweepers,

and the Barangay Eco Officer Roger Reyes.

II. OPENING PRAYER – The opening prayer was led by Ms. Cathy Alcantara

III. BUSINESS OF THE DAY – Kgd. Nato Mariano thanked the street sweepers for their
active support to the committee. He asked the teams leaders of the 2 teams to report
their accomplishments , observations on the situation of their respective areas of
jurisdiction. He likewise asked if they need any materials or if there are lacking so he
can bring the same to the attention of the Punong barangay for responsive action on
the problems. Series of discussions ensued . Some street sweepers requested Kgd.
Nato Mariano to change their area of jurisdiction with others and they have agreed
already verbally. Kgd Nato Mariano granted the said request . He reasoned that for as
long as they are doing their job it will be no problem.

IV. ADJOURNMENT – After a series of discussions the meeting was adjourned and
ended at exactly 9:35 a.m.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BARANGAY ECOLIGICAL AND SOLID WASTE

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON OCTOBER 2, 2021 AT 8:00 A.M..
I. ATTENDANCE – The meeting was attended by 12 members of the street
sweepers, and the Barangay Eco Officer Roger Reyes.

II. OPENING PRAYER – The opening prayer was led by Ms. Cathy Alcantara

III. BUSINESS OF THE DAY – Kgd. Nato Mariano directed the street sweepers to
intensify their jobs as he is receiving calls from residents requesting for the
cleanliness of the streets and collection of garbage. He also informed the body
that the fiesta has just been celebrated and many garbage and wastes were left
unattended. He reminded the teams that the search for outstanding sweeper is
still going on and being monitored by the special body tasked for the purpose. He
distributed additional materials for cleaning to the sweepers together with
raincoats and rubber boots.

IV. ADJOURNMENT – After a series of further discussions the meeting was

adjourned and ended at exactly 9:35 a.m.
