The Presiding Officer Hon. Hussin O. Sangkula call the monthly meeting of the
Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) for the month of February CY 2020 to discuss
the following to wit;

The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council have a thorough discussion on when to

conduct the planned Information Education Campaign for the youth pertaining to RA 9165
or also known as Dangerous Drug Act of 2002. Hon SB Member Jessibel A. Sangkula
together with SK Chairperson Hon. Naldrin V. Mariano suggested that the first IEC of
BADAC should be conducted in the third week of March since most of the Youth in the
Barangay are on summer Vacation. All the BADAC Members agreed to the suggestion of
them since they are members of the Committee on Advocacy.

The Members of BADAC also discussed the strategic plans on observing all the
unfamiliar faces in the Area of Responsibility of Barangay Zone 1. Hon. SB Member Gilbert
L. Satim together with the Committee on Operations of BADAC had emphasized that they
are doing their best to monitor and Patrol the AOR of Barangay Zone 1 especially at night.

Having no more others matters to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 in the
morning.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the minutes of the meeting of BADAC held at
the Office of the Punong Barangay on February 2, 2020.
