Good day Sir/ Ma’am!

Promenade is one of the most anticipated times in the life of a high school student
particularly. It is the most splendid and memorable moment for senior high school
students to dress up formally, be with their school friends, classmates and seize the very
special time in their Senior High years. Life in high school wouldn’t be complete and
exciting without Prom. Aside from the joy, fun and camaraderie, the event marks the
“coming of age” of the students as they step into the stage of “young adulthood” with the
bearing of responsibilities as well with becoming ladies and gentlemen. Senior Prom
would also allow the students to present themselves with class and confidence that’s why
as a chairman of the said event.
Aside from this we will be conducting a pageant for our students entitled: “Mr. and Ms. MIT
2022”. This pageantry aims to choose who will be our representatives for the upcoming
coronation for Mr. and Ms. Amatielian 2022. In this regard may we ask your good office
that we might be granted/ approved for this event.
Attached to this letter is the Project Plan. Looking forward for a favorable action regarding
this proposal.

A. OBJECTIVES:
TERMINAL OBJECTIVES:
To provide a bequeaths ceremony that would allow the current Grade 11 and Grade
12 Students to formally exchange batch responsibilities for the succeeding school
year.

ENABLING OBJECTIVES:
To provide a social event that allows students to differentiate between, practice, formal
and informal interaction decorum.
