special activity lined up. Please welcome Mr. Jeremy S. Catucod, who will lead us

Ladies and gentlemen, it is with great pleasure and honor that I introduce our
distinguished resource person for today. A testament to the excellence that our
institution fosters, She is a former student of Capul Agro Industrial School, where
she not only excelled academically but also graduated as the class salutatorian,
leaving an indelible mark on our alma mater.
She further pursued her education, earning a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from
Delos Santos STI College in the year 2010. Her commitment to excellence
extended beyond the academic realm, as she successfully passed the licensure
examination for nurses later that same year. With a solid foundation in healthcare,
she ventured into the dynamic field of customer service, beginning her professional
journey as a Customer Service Representative for Virgin Mobile in 2011.
Her career trajectory showcases a remarkable progression, with her serving as a
Customer Service Agent for Jetstar Flights in 2013, evolving into a Subject Matter
Expert for Jetstar Flights in 2015, and subsequently taking on the role of Subject
Matter Expert for Jetstar Holidays in 2016. Her leadership capabilities shone
through as she assumed the position of Team Leader for Jetstar Holidays in the
same year.
Continuing to climb the corporate ladder, she expanded her expertise by becoming
a Team Leader and Trainer for Qantas Flights in 2019, followed by assuming the
role of Team Leader for Qantas Hotel in 2020. Her impressive leadership journey
continued, culminating in her roles as Team Leader for Qantas Holidays in 2021.
Currently, she holds the esteemed position of Technical Systems Support,
Operations Analyst, and Senior Team Leader at TTEC Philippines, starting in
2021, and has further advanced to the role of Senior Operations Analyst and
Project Manager from 2023 to the present.
It is indeed an honor to welcome back a distinguished alumna, Ms. Xenia
Charmaine Vicario Saluib, whose journey exemplifies the spirit of excellence,
resilience, and leadership that we strive to instill in all our students. Please join me
