1.CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:00am followed by the Opening Prayer led by
BOD Nenita A. Francisco and the Cooperative Pledge led by BOD Emilia P. Sambale.

II.READING/CORRECTION/FOLLOW UP/APPROVAL of the Special Board Meeting Agenda of BOD Emilia P.

Sambale and was seconded by the Boards.

III.BUSINESS ARISING:
A. MANAGER ‘S REPORT: Gen. Manager Jaime O. Dagos reported the List of New Members and the List
of Withdrawal, the Financial Statement . Please see the data.
Chairman Ricardo Sapo Jr. ask for the budget of Training and Seminar to Gen.Manager Jaime Dagos?
Gen.Manager said that by November we had a budget planning for the Training and Seminar.

B. SEMINAR ON GOOD GOVERNANCE: BOD Adelaida N. Santos share the values of Good Governance.
She like this topic because being a board member is not easy, you need to be HONEST in every aspect.
Be transparent.
Vice Chair. Irma B. Suarez shared what she haved learned in the seminar like DOSRI ACCOUNT and she
said also the board is always be transparent. Be a responsible for the action as a law maker, not law
breaker.
