MINUTES OF MEETING

ADOPTION AND RATIFICATION OF CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

March 12, 2018

Call to order:
The meeting was called to order at exactly 9:00 o’clock in the morning. The Secretary
introduced the Presiding Officer Condrado Mayo III, President.

Invocation:
The meeting starts with an invocation led by Rowena Dela Cruz, Secretary.

Reading of Previous minutes:

After the invocation, the checking of attendace followed, then the Presiding Officer
requested the Secretary to read the minutes of the previous meeting. Since there were no
corrections, recommendations and suggestions, Mrs. Rossinie Borre move to close the approval
of the previous minutes and it was unanimously approved.

Agenda:
Conrado Mayo III, President, distributed the copies of the Constitution and By-Laws to
the members present. He explained clearly to the members the content of the Consitution and
By-laws. He added and discussed the functions and roles of every member of the Association as
well as the functions and roles of the Officers and their respective positions. Questions raied by
the members were also clearly answered by the Presiding Officer.

Mr. Darwin Buenafe called for the approval for the adoption of the Constitution and By-
Laws and unanimously approved by the members present.

Adjourment:

Since there was no more business to be tackled, the meeting was adjourned at
exactly 11:00 am in the morning.

MINUTES OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

Minutes of the Organizational Meeting of Sangkal Mangrove Association of Barangay Sangkal,

President Roxas, Capiz held on February 26, 2018 at Barangay Hall, Barangay Sangkal, president Roxas,
Capiz.

The meeting started at exactly 9;00 o’clock in the morning with the welcome address of the
Punong Barangay, Hon. Juvy B. Mayo. She clearly explained the meaning of an organization. She added
to ger discussion the privileges and opportunities of being a member of the association, and she also
encourage the members to organize into association. She explained thoroughly the advantages of
putting up am association in case of calamity that will affect their fishing ground. In addition, privileges
will be given only to the registered members of the association.

Punong Barangay Juvy B. Mayo explained the requirements for the registration as follows.

President Roxas, Capiz.
 The draft of the Constitution and By-Laws will be presented on the next meeting.
