Dazzling Smile "DaSMILE Corporation" is a cleaning brand and was founded on
November 12, 1980. DaSMILE became known in 1985 and became one of the highest
selling chemical products. As a result, DaSMILE Corporation received numerous offers
as a result of its high-quality cleaning products and low prices. When it comes to chemical
products, the DaSMILE Corporation has become a household name. The products that
are produced by DaSMILE have a good fragrance and give good results. DaSMILE
Corporation has been in business for 42 years and keeps on developing their products to
the highest quality.

employees of this company on November 12, 2022 to November 14, 2022 at Panama
Beach Resort near Mount Batulo. We are holding a hiking program at our company to
which we would like to invite you as a guest/participant. We want you to be part of our
“Hiking Days—Let’s rise with a smile” program. This program will make the relationship
between the managers and employees very pleasant. So we are looking forward to your
participation.

VII. Rewards
For our incentive program, the rewards that are to be given out are:
• Overtime Pay - We will provide additional compensation for each hour worked. As
the owner of a company, I should always provide something for our employees to
compensate them for their overwork and to encourage them to work harder and
show loyalty towards the company.
• Bonus Payment - Every employee who is good at their work will have a bonus at
the end of the month.
• Allowance - The employees who show a good performance and finish the given
task by the given time will be given an allowance for their hard work.
• Special Days - All of my employees can have a day off during special days like
Christmas, New Year, etc. to have their good days during special days and for
them to be with their loved ones.
• Free Vacation - All of the employees will be given a free two-day vacation in the
last week of December. to make the most of their time with their families and to
rest.
• Employee of the month - For the best employee of the month, he/she will be given
an award, a personal message, gifts, allowance, and extra rest days. to
accommodate the employees' determination and hard work.
• Team building - Every DaSMILE anniversary, our company will have a team-
building event and have activities for the employees to be motivated and learn
how to work together and develop their strengths. Every employee who wins an
activity will be rewarded for their efforts. Free food and a free place to stay for a
week will be given to all of the employees.
