I. Company Background
Dazzling Smile "DaSMILE Corporation" is a cleaning brand and was founded on
November 12, 1980. DaSMILE became known in 1985 and became one of the highest
selling chemical products. As a result, DaSMILE Corporation received numerous offers
as a result of its high-quality cleaning products and low prices. When it comes to chemical
products, the DaSMILE Corporation has become a household name. The products that
are produced by DaSMILE have a good fragrance and give good results. DaSMILE
Corporation has been in business for 42 years and keeps on developing their products to
the highest quality.

- The DaSMILE Corporation provides high-quality products at reasonable


prices and encourages excellence in all aspects of cleaning products.

- We give more attention to solutions that can be developed.

II. Introduction

Our current situation is worsening because of the issues in our industry


where we lack supplies for our products. Many businesses are being affected and many
employees are losing their jobs due to the issues in our country. As a result, employees
lose their will to work hard, and it affects their company's productivity and image. To avoid
resembling them, our company made a program proposal to keep our employees and
also to encourage them to work hard.

The goal of the proposed program is to encourage the employees to work


hard in their jobs and show effort for them to succeed and claim their rewards. Our
proposal is called "hiking days—Let's rise with a smile." This program's purpose is to help
our employees have a break and enjoy the events. We will have a 3-day break where we
will execute this program while enjoying ourselves, which may boost the employees'
productivity.

A. Title:

“Hiking Days—Let’s rise with a smile”

B. Aim:

The aim of this program is to motivate and encourage the DaSMILE


employees to do their job correctly. It is also important to communicate with one another
and work as a team. This program helps the employees grow in a good way. Employees
have a chance to enhance their skills in the activities that we create, like problem solving,
decision making, adaptability, and trusting each other.

C. Objectives:

- To Increase the employees' loyalty.


- To Increase the employees' productivity.
- To gain each other's trust.
- To strengthen the relationship between managers and employees.

- To improve their communication skills and performance.

III. Program Background


Our company's current situation has become monotonous, and the
employees are losing their will to work. Some businesses have devised a strategy to
motivate their employees to work hard and show dedication to their jobs. As the owner of
the company, I can also build a program that can motivate my employees to work hard.
This program's purpose is to eliminate their loss of appetite for work and give them a
reason to work hard.
IV. Program Outlines
A. Program theme

C. Mechanics of the program

DaSMILE Corporation will have a 3-day celebration to mark its


anniversary. The program proposal is called "Hiking Days—Let’s rise with a smile." In
every game, there will be an award that you have something to win. The first day will be
a hiking event. On this day, there will be five activities that will occur. The scavenger hunt,
map reading, hide and seek, the unending story, and photography. The second day will
be a beach party, and there will also be five activities that will occur. Boat races, human
knots, beach volleyball, tug of war, and dodgeball are some of the activities that will be
played. On the last day, there will be a game, and those games are charades, dance
chain, guess the logo/brand, and pinoy henyo. Later in the evening, there will be a speech
by the owner, and there will be awards for the winner of the games, the best employee of
the month, and thanksgiving.

Beach Resort near Mount Batulo. We are holding a hiking program at our company to
which we would like to invite you as a guest/participant. We want you to be part of our
“Hiking Days—Let’s rise with a smile” program. This program will make the relationship
between the managers and employees very pleasant. So we are looking forward to your
participation.

VII. Rewards
For our incentive program, the rewards that are to be given out are:
• Overtime Pay - We will provide additional compensation for each hour worked. As
the owner of a company, I should always provide something for our employees to
compensate them for their overwork and to encourage them to work harder and
show loyalty towards the company.
• Bonus Payment - Every employee who is good at their work will have a bonus at
the end of the month.
• Allowance - The employees who show a good performance and finish the given
task by the given time will be given an allowance for their hard work.
• Special Days - All of my employees can have a day off during special days like
Christmas, New Year, etc. to have their good days during special days and for
them to be with their loved ones.
• Free Vacation - All of the employees will be given a free two-day vacation in the
last week of December. to make the most of their time with their families and to
rest.
• Employee of the month - For the best employee of the month, he/she will be given
an award, a personal message, gifts, allowance, and extra rest days. to
accommodate the employees' determination and hard work.
• Team building - Every DaSMILE anniversary, our company will have a team-
building event and have activities for the employees to be motivated and learn
how to work together and develop their strengths. Every employee who wins an
activity will be rewarded for their efforts. Free food and a free place to stay for a
week will be given to all of the employees.
