PERFORMANCE TASK

Procedure in Setting Batter board

1.Determine the height of the foundation at any of the

four corners of the proposed building ,preferably where

the grade stake is,

2. In this corner, drive a stake as high the desired height

of the foundation.

3.Drive in set of posts for the batter boards 3 or more

Feet away from the corners and along the sides.

Drive in the posts firmly. Align these posts with

a string.

4. Move the height of the foundation from the stakes

To the corner post of the batter board. This done by

stretching a string, leveled with plum bob level from

the stakes to the post.

To foster leadership skills among Senior Scouts, and to prepare them for the upcoming Regional
Jamboree. The school would like to hold a School-Based Camporal this coming August 23,24,and
25,2019 at Goma National HighSchool.

In view of the aforementioned the undersigned would like to ask permission from your end for us to
undertake the said activity. There will be a registration fee of One Hundred Pesos only (Php 100.00)
per participants to defray expenses for training and program materials, food, certificates, and other
incidental expenses.

Moreover, we would also like to request service credits for those outfit advisors who will accompany
their senior scouts during the said activity, attached is the proposed program of Activities.
