What I Have Learned

Personal Protective Equipment has only one ultimate purpose

which is to protect the person at any damage depending on the
situation.
All parts of our body is highly important, thus protecting it should be
our top priority. The head should be protected by using hard hat on
areas required during the entire work. Goggles should be always
worn at all times to protect the eyes. The gloves protect the hands
from blisters and wounds of which we don’t like it to happen.
14
In some complicated and hazardous work, safety harness will help
you protect yourself from falling especially when you are working on a
high-rise building. Safety shoes should be always on the go, as it
helps protect your feet. Face mask should be worn at all times
specially on areas where chemicals and pollution exist.
Earmuffs protects you from loud noise that would damage the ears on
heavy industrial work.
Overalls and visibility clothing helps the protect your body during the
entire work. We always hear the word “Prevention is better than
cure.” To sum-up, “Safety First.”

What I Can Do

During the pandemic, covid-19, people still do their

lockdown project or activity. However, with much caution by
using PPEs
