Dear Honorable Mayor Zamora,

The MCGI Youth or the Youth Ministry of the Members of Church of God International (MCGI)
popularly known thru its TV and Radio program “Ang Dating Daan” is humbly requesting permission
from your good office for the use of San Juan Gymnasium as the venue for the upcoming event we are
hosting entitled “Youth Bible Festival 2023l” on April 16, 2023. This event will be showcasing bible quiz
bee, bible verse memorization, interpretation of bible verses thru art and literary works as well as bible
preaching conducted by youth members. We will also be featuring songs and dances of praises during
the said activity. God willing this will be the 3rd time that your facility will be our venue for this type of
event.

In this regard, we are also seeking your utmost generosity on the following requests:

 Free use of 800 pcs mono block chairs

 A discounted rate on our rental fee in the San Juan Gymnasium from 4 am to 5pm

This annual event by the Youth Ministry of MCGI aims to showcase talents of youth members and
cultivate our spiritual wellbeing to glorify our G
We are expecting more than 1500 youth members from the National Capital Region and would be an
honor and privilege for us to have you as our esteemed guest on the mentioned date.
