May this letter find you well sir!

I am writing this letter to bring to your kind notice the current situation that our barangay is
experiencing every rainy seasons particularly at Yago Street. The sewage there is so small which is
causing the flow of waters very slow. Consequently, the area was often flooded.

In this regard, I formally request your good office to please spare us a bigger sewage to replace it.
Our barangay cannot allocate budget for it right now due to lack of funds as we already prioritized some
other projects.
