Excerpt from the minutes of the Regular Session of the Barangay Council for the Protection of
Children (BCPC) of Barangay Simpatuyo, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan at Barangay Session Hall,
Simpatuyo, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan on January 15,2021.

ALL PRESENT

Resolution No. 02 Series of 2021

“A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY COUNCILS TO
ALLOCATE FIFTY PERCENT (50 %) OF THE MOOE FOR SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS
2021 FOR MODULES PRINTING FOR CHILDREN ENROLLED IN THE THREE (3) CDC OF
BARANGAY SIMPATUYO.”

Whereas, the Fund for the Development of the three (3) Child Development Centers will be used for the
renovation and Improvement of these centers;

Whereas, due to Pandemic Covid-19, where in Children must stay at Home, Modular is one of the modes
that Teachers used to teach their pupils;

Whereas, there’s no fund allocated for these in the Budget for the CY 2021;

NOW THEREFORE, on a mass motion of all the Sangguniang Barangay Members of Simpatuyo, and
duly seconded by the same, to confirm and approve this resolution;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay Members in session

assembled that a resolution allocating fifty percent (50 %) of the MOOE for supplies and materials 2021
for modules printing for children enrolled in the three (3) CDC of barangay simpatuyo.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their
information and consideration.

APPROVED, this 15th day of January, 2021 at Barangay Hall, Simpatuyo, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan.

ALL PRESENT

Resolution No. 03 Series of 2021

“A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY COUNCIL TO
ENACT AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DRINKING OF INTOXICATING AND
FERMENTED LIQOURS IN CARINDERIAS, SARI-SARI STORES AND VIDEO BARS IN
BARANGAY SIMPATUYO, STA. TERESITA, CAGAYAN.”

Whereas, there’s a report from the PNP that there are minor constituents loitering at night;

Whereas, the Barangay Police Officers reported that these minors are drinking liquors in Sari-Sari Stores;

Whereas, the BCPC decided to recommend to the Sangguniang Barangay Councils to Enact an
Ordinance to address this matter;

NOW THEREFORE, on a mass motion of all the BCPC members of Simpatuyo, and duly seconded by
the same, to confirm and approve this resolution;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay Members in session

assembled that a resolution recommending to the Sangguniang Barangay Council to enact an ordinance
regulating the drinking of intoxicating and fermented liquors in carinderias, sari-sari stores and video bars
in barangay Simpatuyo, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan.”

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their
information and consideration.
