DECLARATION OF HEIRSHIP
With CONSENT OF AUTHORITY

      I, RAMON CAYO SANSON MARFORI, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Poblacion II, Carcar City, Cebu, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
state THAT:

1. I am one of the surviving great grandchildren and heirs of MAURICIO CUI who died on May
12, 1930 and his deceased spouse ALEJA VILLAROSA who died on January 6, 1926;

2. My deceased great-grandparents MAURICIO CUI married to the late ALEJA VILLAROSA is
the owner of this Lot No. 423 situated in Del Pilar St., Poblacion I, Carcar City, Cebu;

3. My late grandmother ELVIRA CUI married to my late grandfather TEODORO MARFORI was
the daughter of the deceased MAURICIO CUI;

4. My deceased father RAMON MARFORI is one of the children of the late ELVIRA CUI, hence
I am one of the latest generations of my said ancestors’ heirs and owners of the aforesaid
property.

5. My aforementioned late ancestors left intestate without any debt, a parcel of land indicated as
Lot No. 423;

6. I with the consent of my co-heirs authorize CARMELINA ALFORQUE ALEGARBES to

construct a house in a portion of the said property corresponding to my share of the inheritance;

7. I give my CONSENT and grant AUTHORITY to the said CARMELINA ALFORQUE

ALEGARBES the possession of my share of the said inherited land which right of possession
includes therein the authority to apply for water and electrical lines to pass through my property;

8. I also grant CARMELINA ALFORQUE ALEGARBES the authority to apply for the necessary
building, electrical and other applicable permits in connection to this;

9. I am executing this Declaration of Heirship with Consent of Authority in good faith to attest to

the truth and veracity of my above statements for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this August 23, 2021 in Carcar
City, Cebu, Philippines.
