23RD DECEMBER, 2023: SABBATH ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Today Sabbath 23rd December, 2023, is open day in all Churches.

2. The District Joint Senior Youth Camp in Livingstone is starting tomorrow
24th to 31st December 2023, and the departure time for the trip is
06:30hrs at Emmaus SDA Church. Please observe time.

3. 7th January, 2024 will be a day for District Handovers and the
Orientation of District Leaders, Executive, First Elders, Church Clerks,
Treasurers & Stewardship. Time: 08:30hrs. Venue: Harmony SDA
Church. All Out-Going and In-Coming District Departmental Leaders,
Committee Chairpersons and all Church Members to attend this
important meeting without fail.

4. Churches who have not yet submitted Stewardship Quarterly

Evaluation reports for the fourth quarter to do so before 30th
December, 2023.
5. First Elders and Sabbath School Officers in all Churches to ensure
buying enough Children Study Guides for 2024 are.
6. The Conference will meet the following Departments in the continued
Total Member Involvement in Mission and Faithfulness Emphasis
tomorrow Sunday 24th December, 2023 - AMO/DORCAS District
Leaders to meet at Kamwala SDA Church Time 09:00hrs.

7. The District is reminding all those who pledged to contribute any

amount of money towards the Campsite Project to start contributing
now through the Church Treasurers, the amount can be indicated on
a piece of paper and enclosed in the Tithe Envelope.

8. All those who registered as Skilled Volunteers for Campsite

Development to contact Elder Mutenge on 0977 382 038 for
verification

9. All Churches to ensure handovers are done on 30th December, 2023

1. We are still in the Samuel project period and all concerns will be
channelled through the Samuel Project Pastor Majele Hikoopa, the
Senior District Pastor will not be available to respond to any query up
to 31st December, 2023. For anything contact the Samuel Project
