SABBATH 3RD FEBRUARY, 2024. ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. All churches to maintain the health guidelines.
Worshiping to not exceed 12:00 hours
2. All churches to observe February as the month of
stewardship.
3. There will be a conference inter-departmental
seminar for all the urban districts on the 9th and 10th
march, 2024. Venue and time to be communicated
later.
4. There will be a Lay-Preachers seminar for urban
districts from 28th March, 2024 to 1st April, 2024.
 Camp fee is k300. Food inclusive.
 Venue: Tick college
5. There will be a conference Dorcas rally from 28th to
April to 5th May, 2024. Venue – Malombe.
 Registration fee is k150.
 All Dorcas workers to start preparations.
6. There will be a PM, Sabbath school and Deacon’s and
Deaconesses seminar at kanyama central, tomorrow
4th February, 2024 from 08:30 hrs.
  Therefore, all Elder’s in charge of PM and
Sabbath school, all Sabbath school officers
(ushers to the general suprettendant) are to
attend without fail.
7. There will be AMO induction tomorrow 4th February,
2024. Time 14:00 hours, Venue Antioch Church. All
AMO men to attend this important event.

8. There will be a music seminar on 11th February, 2024.

From 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs. Venue kanyama central
church
 Carry packed lunch.
 Lessons : 1. Piano, guitar, recorder, voice
training, microphone handling, beginner,
intermediate, Administration and chorister
training.
9. The deadline for submission of approved singing
groups with valid insurance covers was on 31st January,
2024.
 Therefore if you haven’t yet submitted please
do so tomorrow 4th February, 2024. If you do
not submit then you will not be considered in
any of the musical programs this year.
10. There will be a Youth Leadership Seminar on 10th
February, 2024. Venue: New Kanyama. Participation
fee is k25 per individual.
 To attend are all local youth executive
members, master guides and senior youth
leaders. Candidates to register and attend
without fail.
 Ambassador social and module orientation will
be held on 25th February, 2024.
 Venue: St Daniel Komboni Makeni.
Participation is k25 per individual. Deadline for
payments is 18th February, 2024.

Note: the DS’ will be at the office every Wednesday and

Sunday from 16:00 to 17:45 hours.
