OUTLINE OF THE PRESENTATION

Strategies/ Plans/ Steps to achieve Agenda

for Church Growth in the Congregations
and District.

Set target for the District in the year 2024.

Church Growth in the Congregations and District.
1. PRAYER TOUR AND HOUSE TO HOUSE
EVANGELISM: the District Evangelism Team and the
Prayer Tower visits one community every two weeks to
do outreach and prayer revivals.
 8th February – Ayensukrom
 22nd February – Kwakukrom & Asuohyiam
 7th March – Asomase & Baseke
 21st – 23rd March – Apalacekrom

 4th – 6th April – No Good

 18th April – Wassa Berekum & Nkenkansu
6th June – Bisaaso & Nyame Di Kan
 20th June – Aworabo & Nope
2. Emmaus day on Monday 1st April 2024 would
be witnessing and picnic in Zone A and Zone B
respectively.

3. We shall organise Evangelism Training in the District for
All Congregational Evangelism Coordinators and All District
Group Leaders on 6th April, 2024 towards all evangelistic
activities in the year. The material to be used is “New Life For
All and Operation Philip”.
4. Organise a retreat programme (waiting) for District
Evangelism Team and Prayer Tower members on 1st to 3rd
February, 2024 at Mumuni.
5. Organise Prayer Convention and intensive evangelism in
all Congregations from 13th to 19th May, 2024.

6. Evangelism month – May, 2024: From Wednesday 1st – Friday
31st May marks a month dedicated for evangelism activities. Our
plans to observe the month are as follows:
Congregations and Preaching points with community radio to
share the Word with the community and also embark on house-
to-house outreach to new members.
Organise market and street evangelism.
Embark on house to house evangelism and visitation to the
backsliders to be led by BSPG and Evangelism committees.

 7. Asempatr[w 2024: This year’s Church

extension programme (Asempatrew) will be
organised in the two zones in the District. Zone
A (Kwahu Bisaagya/Samreboi) will be held on
the 1st – 3rd November, 2024.
 Zone B (Torompan/Mumuni) will also be held
on the 15th – 17th November, 2024.
 2. Set target for the District in the year 2024.
1. Work hard to Plant a New Congregation at
Yirase by November, 2024. Surveys and initial
preparatory steps started in 2023.
2. Organise Prayer Convention in May, 2024 in
Zones.
 Zone A – Ohiamatuo/Asuohyiam.
18th March – Baseke/Mumuni.
 Set target for the District in the year 2023 Cont’d.

3. For 2024, each Congregation is encouraged to start

at least one specialized ministry which can be well
managed in their locality. i.e. Community radio
preaching, Palace, Market etc.
4. Each District Group is encouraged to include
“Evangelistic-oriented activity” in their conferences or
any gathering in their programmes.

5. Pavilions: As part of the targets, the ongoing

Pavilion at Woman No Good shall be completed by the
end of 2024.
6. Chapel Completion: Reconstruction of Nkenkansu
Chapel building shall be completed by the end of June,
2024.
7. Roofing of Chapel: Roofing of Police Appiah
Chapel shall be completed by the end of the year 2024.

 CONCLUSION
The Lord be our Helper and give us the strength
to help the work in the Kingdom Business. As
Paul said, “I Can do all things through Christ
who strengthens me”. Philippians 4:13.
We believe with God’s strength, we can
accomplish the strategies outlined.
