PRESIDENTS REPORT

Greetings:
A pleasant good afternoon fellow workers in Christian life.
Happy to have the ample opportunity to report and update
everyone on the activities of PCED as of February 11, 2024. As
follows...

Nov. 11,2024
Joint UMM/WSCS mission Rally Beneficiary: ERFE Whitestone
UMC. Sta. Barbara Pangasinan
PROCEEDS: For church improvements
Amount turned-over: ₱33, 482 (Thirty-Three Thousand Four
Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos)

Gratitude to all PCED Pastors. Church Deaconesses, The
support of UMM as well as the local Presidents and officers
and its members. With special support and gratitude to all
local Presidents & its members, the activity was a success.
Total Amount of proceeds was immediately turned over to
ERFE Whitestone UMC.
DEC. 14, 2024 Activity:
Updating of PCED WSCS membership profile for creation of data base,
and submission to National USCS. Our sincerest gratitude to Dra.
Kathleen Vidal, D.S Emmanuel Disu and the support of the PCED local
pastors & local WSCS presidents & its members we were able to submit
on time on time the updated MASTER list for conference year 2023-
2024 despite the untimely resignation of PCED membership secretary.
Also, with much efforts for pastor Perla Tandoc who gave us spiritual
enlightenment to finish the task, Mayla Z. Rivoldela & VP Marilou
mendoza , and with much gratitude and support from Mrs. Joy Peralta
who was very supportive for the activity. Copy of which was submitted
to PPAC President Ingrid Dalisay, to National WSCS council and D.S
Emmanuel Disu.

It was then that i realized how tedious the task was to gather
individual WSCS Profile, Tabulate, analyze, classify & and fill-up
necessary information to arrive as DCED WSCS statistics which might
have prompted our PCED financial secretary’s resignation.

BUT no regrets because the Almighty Grace of GOD was in me

to reach out to Dra. Kathleen, D.S Disu, Pastor Perla Tandoc Marilou,
Joy Peralta, Mayla Zarate Rivoldela, our PCED officer & Presidents. Task
was DONE on time for submission, with the joint efforts of the
dedicated children of GOD.

Connectional Activity:

*Fellowship of THE LEAST COINS

Nov. 11, 2024- We don’t have the luxury of time for the
activity so we did 2 activities on same dates for the Fellowship of the
LEAST COINS.

Proceeds amounted to ₱2,885 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-

Five) was immediately turned- over to PPAC Treasurer Mrs. Violeta
Austria who was present with PPAC president Ingrid Dalisay &
Deaconess Imelda Reyes was our Inspirational Speaker who oriented &
enlightened everyone with the eloquent talk on the Fellowship of the
Least Coins.
UPCOMING ACTIVITIES:

FEB. 18, 2024- Activity:

“JUST LOVE FELLOWSHIP”
Venue: Helmerich UMC Mangaldan Pangasinan

“JUST LOVE” Fellowship is an annual PCED WSCS Activity

concept with its fund raising campaign to raise Proceeds for
Harris Student Deaconess monthly school allowance.

MECHANICS: We printed 500 pcs. of envelops which was

distributed to 26 local churches through the assistance of
local pastors, PCED officers, with special thanks to pastor Eric
who personally assisted for the distribution with Dra.
Kathleen Vidal & Ms. Joy Peralta. Envelops were accounted as
follows: refer to separate sheet.
