Prayer Committee Meeting

4th August, 2022

Opening

The prayer committee meeting of the Pentecost international worship centre, kotei was called
to order at 6:15pm on August 4, 2022 in the church auditorium by Mr. Paul Aninakwa.

Agenda

 Focus of the remaining month.

 How to get all prayer members to participate in every activities.
 Plan towards our hideouts.
 Preparation towards our progressive fasting.
 Meeting with Pastor before season of waiting.
 Appointment of leaders.

Outcome of Meeting

How to get people involved in all activities.

o Bro. Michael Awupong stated that something has to compel them to come and
suggested that starting with the hideout will be the convenient time to get all
members on board and share the vision and focus with them. He also added that
there should be publicity for the prayer team at the church level and meetings
should also include bible studies.
o Sis. Catherine Amandine suggested that we make the church aware that a prayer
force exists in the church and ladies should be encouraged to join the team. She
also stated that the reintroduction of the collection of prayer request in the
suggestion box will also be of help.
o Elder Solomon Arthur proposed that making the team known to the entire church
and branding our hideouts with spirit filled themes will help get members to join
the force.

The following people were appointed to help with the day today activities of prayer
committee;

Closing

Bro. Paul Aninakwa led a 5 minutes closing prayer and Elder Solomon gave the
benediction. The meeting was closed at 7:57pm.
