MINUTES OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING, ADOPTION AND RATIFICATION OF CBL

March 7, 2023. 2:30p.m.

Order of the Business is as follows:

Proceedings:

1. Prayer- Rosalinda May-as;

2. Call to Order- the Presiding Officer call to order @2:30 p.m.;
3. Determination of Quorum-the P.O requested the secretary to call the roll; since it;
4. Is 80% of the members are preset; hence, the P.O. declared the quorum for the;
5. Meeting;
6. Agenda of the Day. The P.O. declares that the table for the nomination is open;
7. President: Mrs. Aquilina A. Maregmen was nominated by Mrs. Ave. Ms. Aime;
8. Lintogonan was Nominated by Mrs. Florida, it has been closed and duly seconded;
9. by Mrs. Luarez. Mrs. Maregmen got higher votes. He is announced as the President;
10. of the Association;
11. Vice-President- Mrs. Jane Luarez was highly nominated by Mrs. Dandoy, closed…;
12. Vice President Jane B. Luarez;
13. Secretary: Perlita Dejon nominated, nomination closed unanimously seconded;
14. Treasurer: Aime A. Lintogonan highly nominated by Mrs. Silvoza, Flozel Palabrica;
15. nominated by Siahay;
16. Nomination closed-votation follows;
17. Lintogonan got the higher score as Treasurer;
18. Auditor- Flozel Palabrica as Auditor agreed by the August Body the suggestion of;
19. Mrs. Villagonza;
20. Business Manager- Esther Florida is highly nominated by Mrs. May-as.;
21. Rosalinda May-as is also nominated by Mrs. Dayondon, nomination closed by Mrs.;
22. Alimes, seconded by Mrs. Rufila;
23. Esther Florida and Fernalyn Silvoza suggested highest votes as business manager;
24. Next third higher vote as P.I.O. Approved by the Body;
25. Business Manager Esther Florida and Fernalyn Silvoza;
26. P.I.O. Cristalyn Luarez;
27. P.O. – the rest Women’s not officers will be our Board of Directors. Members;
28. Mrs. Lilian Dalogdog, Mrs. Elena Espina, Mrs. Lina Villagonza, Ms. Ediilyn Siahay;
29. Name of the Association (choose one among three selections);
30. Alegria Women’s Association (AWA) – 2 votes;
31. Alegria Association of Women’s (AAW) – 1 vote;
32. Barangay Alegria Women’s Association (BAWA) – majority votes;
33. Adoption/Ratification of CBL;
34. The Constitution and By-laws was read by Secretary; the members make;
35. Corrections; on the Assistance of the sick members only P100.00 pesos. Women’s;
36. Member to contribute death- P1,000.00/Women’s member;
37. Supported by Ms. Eloise Jean and unanimously approved;
38. After through discussion it was only 2 items were corrected. It was then moved for;
39. Adoption by the Vice- President with less corrections;
 40. Adopted and Ratified on the same day on the organizational meeting of the;
41. Board. It was witnessed by the Punong Barangay;
42. P.B.- CBL – Barangay Alegria Women’s Association (BAWA) is now ratified and;
43. approve;
44. Depository Bank – the P.B declares that the SAFRAGEMC will be depository Bank;
45. The BAWA President and Secretary will be the (2) authorized Officers to do the;
46. Bank Transactions in behalf of the Association;
47. Other Matters;
48. P.B. we must attend the 1st Monthly Session of Brgy. Council to let them know that;
49. We must show we are eager to managed and we have already series of the;
50. meeting;
51. every after the 2nd Session we have our meetings and or special If needed;
52. Adjournment. Having no other matter to be discussed;
53. The Presiding Officer declared the meeting adjourned at 4:30 P.M.
