Minutes of the General Assembly Meeting on March 26, 2022 at Caalam’s Residence,
Tiza, Roxas City at 1:30 P.M.

 The incumbent president, Roy A. Hicalde orient the assembly of the need
of the special election; that the results of the election is one of the
requirements for the issuance of the Certificate of Registration from the
Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development formerly the
HLURB.
The said certificate of Registration from the Department of Human
Settlement and Urban Development is one of the requirements by the
Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as a proof that our association
is valid and legitimate.
 The president requested the incumbent association treasurer to inform
the assembly of the financial condition of the association. The incumbent
treasurer announces that all financial responsibility of the association
were met to paid regularly; however, she begs the members to update
their payment on Land Tax and monthly dues in order to have funds for
future expenses the association has to undergo.
At exactly 2:00 P.M the meeting was adjourned and the election
started.
Casting of votes started and ended at exactly 4:00 P.M.
At 4:00 P.M the counting of votes started with the Elecom Chairman,
Mrs. Juvy Gevero – Embucado, while snacks were served to the members.
