Minutes of the regular session of the Sangguniang Barangay of Ammueg, Ambaguio, Nueva Vizcaya held
at the session hall on August 3, 2022 @ 9:30 AM.

INVOCATION: It was led by Hon.Bagiwan.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Optional.

ROLL CALL: SK chairperson was late and Hon. Bahni, IPMR, was the only absent that resulted to the
declaration of quorum by the presiding officer.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES BY THE PRESIDING OFFICER:

Hon. Bagiwan adopted the read minutes by the Secretary to the Sanggunian after no amendment
raised from the body. Minutes was then approved by the presiding officer.

PRIVILEDGE SPEECH: SK Chairperson explained his reasons why he was absent last session and it was
due to headache, and he was late todays’ session for they were called to meet the applicants for
councilor’s league at the mayor’s office. Further, he informed the body that celebration of Municipal Liga ng
mga Kabataan will be on August 16-21, 2022.
- This matter was forwarded under unassigned business for further deliberation on issues and
concerns related with this matter.

QUESTION HOUR: CBMS surveyors, hired by PSA, in the persons of Ms. Jenny Rose Tillama & Ms.
Margie Pugong, informed the body that survey is about to start this month so they asked for barangay aid –
assigned barangay personnel who can assist them in conducting the said survey.
- Assigned kagawad per sector were obliged to accompany the enumerators.

- Hon. Ligmayo informed the body that affirmed appointment with Atty. Palma will be on August
10 @ 9:00AM.

- Comm. On Facilities Report No. 25 – w/ amendment on its provision;
- Comm. On Health Report No. 23 – w/o amendment

 Sponsorship Speech was delivered by Hon. Ostino where he urged his co-legislators to sign
on the said resolution for it is for the welfare of the community.

 Individual Amendment was closed by Hon. Ostino;
 Hon. Bagiwan forwarded this resolution no. 23 under second reading for final approval,
seconded and approved.

- Resolution No. 26
 This was laid on the table for further budget study since proposed funds to be re-aligned for
the purpose were funds of 2022. Proponent was the advised to look for unutilized funds for
the past years.
UNASSIGNED BUSINESS:
LIGA NG MGA KABATAAN MATTER
- Presiding Officer asked the reporter if how is the funds to be utilized for the said activity. SK
explained that MLGOO will be giving notices allowing the Barangay Treasurer to withdraw SK
funds to finance the said activity.
BDP, BDIP, & AIP FORMULATION SCHEDULE
- It will be on August 11-12. Assigned kagawads per sector were advised to conduct meeting in
their jurisdiction to gather all possible PPA to be included in the said plans.
ADJOURNMENT: Hon. Ligmayo moved for the adjournment of the regular session as seconded by the
body. Regular session was then formally approved adjourned at 2:00PM.
