IX. COMMITTEE REPORT:

Hon. Joseph B Gallinero – Chairman Committee on Environmental Management – discussed to
council regarding on road right of way at Zone 1 and Zone 3. Kgwd Joseph B Gallinero also said to
council that we need to make or create resolution requesting to concrete or aspalt the identified road. We
need also to make resolution regarding on steel bridge at zone 1 near at Cosio and Montefrio family.
Brgy. Jibao-an is one of the chosen brgy. by the MDRRMO Pavia to be funded to improve the KALAHI
building and become an entry in the national level.

Hon. Luisa R Davao – Chairman Committee on Tourism– discussed to council that he attended
meeting regarding on pottery making under Tourism Pavia.

Hon. Arvin J Mirador – Chairman Committee on Sports and Development – informed the
council that the SK Jibao-an has (3) priority projects for the year 2023
 Jibao-an Youth Tilipunan Building
 Improvement of Public CR
 Installation of Public Address System from Zone 1-5
Hon. Arvin J Mirador, also said to council that the Summer Hinampang 2023 opening parade
on February 26, 2023 at 2Pm. He also said that the opening of Liga in the barangay opening
parade scheduled on March 18, 2023. He also attended meeting in Carabao-Carozza he also
added that we have already a representative.

XI. ADJOURNMENT:

Second regular session of the Sangguniang Barangay for the month of February. Held at
the Barangay Hall on February 18, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning was adjourned through the motion
of Hon. Luisa R Davao, and seconded by Hon. Jose Wilson T Otian, Brgy. Kagawad at 12:00 o’clock in
the afternoon.
