Poblacion WOMENS ASSOCIATION (BPWA) with office address at Barangay Poblacion,
Bagamanoc Catanduanes would like to seek for accreditation by that Sanggunian.

Meeting was started at 2:30 p.m.

Opening prayer, leaded by Miss Edna Villaflores - women's association secretary
Mrs Nida V. Vecina presented the First Agenda the renewal of accreditation of
women's association for the year 2020 - 2025 by the Sangguniang Bayan of
Bagamanoc, Catanduanes.

Eventually after the discussion the President asked the women's secretary to
prepare the supporting documents necessary for the accreditation.

The President treated the Second Agenda. Update of Funds, the president showed
to the members the computation of their loans and interest to be collected. After the
discussion the Presiding officer ask the members the whereabouts of our elected Vice
President Luzviminda Villarde because after the election last March 5, 2022, she never
attain in any activities of the association. The president asked the members if they are
willing to retain or replace the elected Vice President the members agree to replace
because of her non - obeyance to the constitution and by - laws and consistent non-
participation in KALIPI activities.

The position of Mrs. Luzviminda Villarde will be replace by Mrs. Leonisa

Villalon as our new Vice President.

There is no more matters to be taken up the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m. I
hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing minutes.

Opening prayer leaded by Women’s Secretary Miss Edna Villaflores

The women’s secretary called the roll to establish if there is a quorum to transact
business the above attendance was obtained . The Poblacion Daycare Worker Mrs.
Cristita Fajardo announced that there will be an election for the new set of officers. Mrs
Cristita Fajardo preside the election. After Nida Vecina elected as president she
continued the election for the next position down to the lower position. After the election
we proceed to the next agenda, update of fund. The president show the computation of
fund monthly interest and loans of numbers.

After treated the second agenda we proceed for oath taking of the new elected officers
led to ask by the oath taking officer our Barangay Captain Raymund Bernardo .

Since there is no more matters to be taken up the meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
