BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 2021-03
SERIES OF 2021

“A BOARD RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT ON WATER SERVICE CONNECTION FEE
FOR NEW APPLICANTS COMING FROM BARANGAY PANSUMALOC, PASONG INTSIK AND PINACPINACAN AS
SUMMER PROMOTION OFFER OF PRIMEWATER AND SAN RAFAEL WATER DISTRICT COVERING THE PERIOD
OF APRIL 15, 2021 TO JUNE 15, 2021”.

WHEREAS, Mr. Arturo Gatmaitan , Branch Manager of Primewater San Rafael in his letter dated
March 11,2021 requested for passing a Board Resolution for an installment payment of water service
application fee for new applicants of Barangay Pansumaloc, Pasong Intsik and Pinacpinacan;
WHEREAS, pipelaying projects in the said Barangays have successfully completed;
WHEREAS, to facilitate the application of new water service connection in the above-mentioned
Barangays and to give relief to those who want to apply, the application fee of P 4000.00 will be divided into
two;
WHEREAS, fifty (50%) percent or P 2,000.00 must be paid as partial payment upon application of
water service connection and the remaining half will be paid in 6 equal payments for 6 months;

WHEREAS, in this promotion offer the residents will be encouraged to apply and will give additional
number to our service connections;

WHEREAS, the said promotion offer will be applicable to residents of Barangay Pansumaloc, Pasong
Insik and Pinacpinacan only;
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Dir. Danilo R. Borja, duly seconded by Dir. Juanita I. Inductivo
and unanimously approved by all the members of the Board of Directors present; it is
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the installment payment on water service connection
fee for new applicants coming from Barangay Pansumaloc, Pasong Intsik and Pinacpinacan as Summer
Promotion Offer of San Rafael Water District and Primewater covering the period of April 15, 2021 to June
15, 2021;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to follow the San Rafael Water District’s approved policy on the application of
new water service connection;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished all authorities concerned for their
information and reference.
