Proceedings of the Meeting

 The meeting started at 10:00 A.M. with the recitation from the Holy Quran
by Qari Hilal Khan.
 The meeting was chaired by the President Mrastyal Welfare Foundation
for Rural Development Mr Haq Nawaz Khan and Mr Munir Khan, the General
Secretary, presented minutes of the previous conference for ratification which
were unanimously adopted.”Foundation for Rural Development” was
unanimously approved as name of the organization.
 Script of the newly framed Constitution was presented by the President
which was unanimously adopted after some minor amendments and
modifications.
 A three-member committee was established to look after the registration
process of the foundation, Following are the members:-
 Adil Nawaz Khan
 Jamal Khan
 Shahid Ali Khan

 A seven-member committee was constituted to determine the future

course of action of the foundation. The committee will submit its
recommendations within fifteen days. Following are the members:-
 Haq Nawaz Khan
 Khurshed Ali Khan
 Asif Nawaz Khan
 Jamal Khan
 Munir Khan
 Habib Ur Rehman
 Nizar Nawaz

 The meeting was termed very fruitful by the participants and ended with
du’aa by Qari Hilal Khan.
