MINUTE 01/01/2022; PRELIMINARIES.

The meeting was officially opened by a word of prayer from Gad Maiga who welcomed the presence of God in
the meeting.

Being the first official meeting there were no minutes to be confirmed the acting chairperson welcomed
members to the meeting and read the agenda of the day.

MINUTE 01/02/2022; MEMEBRSHIP

Members agreed to all register as members by paying a non-refundable registration fee of kesh 500 and duly
signing registration form in duplicate with the original copy remaining with the group.

MINUTE 01/03/2022; ELECTION OF OFFICIALS

The group decided to elect three office bearers and the elections were done through secret ballot after
interested members proposed themselves.

Presided by an outsider Erick Ochieng the results were as follows.

Chairperson; Shecrine Toili

Secretary; Nicholas Nyabaya

Treasurer; Janet Ogonda

The elected members took oath of office and resumed duties officially.

MINUTE 1/04/2022; GROUP REGISTRATION

Members requested and agreed to register the group as a community-based organization with the relevant
authorities for legal engagements.

It was agreed that the cost of registration be shared equally among the registered members.

The secretary was mandated to oversee registration of the community-based organization as soon as possible.

MINUTE 01/05/2022; CONTRIBUTION

Members made their monthly contribution, registration fee and paid the CBO registration cost the amount was
handed to the treasure’s account as the group is yet to get an official bank account immediately after
registration.

MINUTE 01/06/2022; AOB

Being there was no any other agenda the meeting was adjourned to a later date that was to be communicated to
members by the secretary. The meeting was closed by a word of prayer from Janet Ogonda.
