RE: BBGM and BGM DISPUTE VERDICT.

1. The Branch Executive Committee (hereunder referred as BEC) acknowledge receipt of your dispute
letter forwarded to us from the ANC Vhembe Regional staff member via his WhatsApp number
0760274978 on the 12th of April 2022 at 12h00 GMT.

2. The BEC convened a special extended BEC with yourselves for clarifications on statements raised in
the letter on the 13th of April 2022 at Mashamba Presidential School with yourselves as reflected above.
And your letter alleges that

2.1 The scanner manipulated the scanning process.


2.2 The Electoral Committee was not decided by the BEC.
2.3 The deployee interfered with the nomination and counting process
2.4 The original dispute letter was not addressed and submitted to the correct structure as per the
guidelines referred here below.

3. The BEC also noted that during the BBGM and BGM date mentioned you walked out after your
attempts to disrupt and collapse the meeting failed.

4. The BEC following findings,after thoroughness consultation of ANC BBGM and BGM national
guidelines as adopted by the National Executive Comittee, 8_9 December 2019 and seriously
considered Rule 5 on Duties and Rights of members as contained in the ANC constitution as amended
at the 54th National Conference .

5. The BEC found that your dispute is dismissed because it did not follow section 8 subsection 8.3 of the
NEC Guidelines here referred in paragraph 3 above that as aggrieved members you must lodge your
dispute within 48 hours after the BBGM /BGM with the BEC.

6. That all dispute raised were after you adopted the credentials in the meeting and could not dispute
them during the item on credentials in the agenda.

7. The deployee from the REC acted in the interest to safeguard the integrity and discipline of the ANC
after your disruptive and unruly behaviour in trying to assist the process.

8. The BEC here dismiss all your allegations as raised in your dispute letter as baseless and unfounded
but an act of dissatisfaction after the outcomes of the process.

9. We hope you will find the decision to be in order.
