Dear Sir

The Kukreja Residency CHS Ltdsociety. has received your above referred letter yesterday on
4/4/2023, calling
upon us to attend your office tomorrow on6/4/2023 with regards to the Complaint by one of the
Managing Committee Member of the Society, which is a very short time for the Society to arrange the
its Say & Written Statementwe request that time be given to us for filing appropriate reply, as the
alleged complaint is voluminous and needs to be dealt with appropriately to bring the true and correct
facts.

Though the Complaint is filed by the Managing Committee Member of the Society, he is himself
participating in meetings and is thereafter impeding the smooth functioning of the Society and all these
facts are required by us to be documented and be brought before you for appropriate orders and
directions.

We need some time be given to us to engage a lawyer and present the written statement with a
suitable reply. Despite the fact that the complainant, Mr. Chadha, himself is in the Managing Committee
having access to the official records of the society yet he has opted to send legal notice through an
advocate,
therefore, reluctantly the Society has to appoint an advocate to file its say on the said legal notice.

The Society therefore, seeks an adjournment to appoint an advocate and requests the matter may
kindly be postponed to the next suitable date.It is therefore prayed that the matter be adjourned and in
the interest of Justice the application be allowed
