I am for the Petitioner in this matter. The aforesaid matter is urgent
and I am required to obtain urgent interim orders in the matter.
The present Petition is filed under Section 263 of the Indian
Succession Act, 1925 for Revocation and Cancellation of the Grant of Letter
of Administration of the property and credits of deceased Miss. Vasudha
Gajanan Patil, who was single (Spinster) till her last breath. The respondent
has obtained Letters of Administration dated 15th February, 2021 granted
in Testamentary Petition No.3148 of 2019, which was obtained fraudulently

by misrepresenting the deceased as his legally wedded wife though he is a
married man with 2 children.
By granting the said Letters of Administration, the respondent is in
process acting thereupon and trying to the grab the movable and immovable
properties of the deceased. Therefore it is required to obtain ad-interim order
of injunction to restrain the respondent acting/or dealing with the Letter of
Administration.
