1. I say that at the request of Veena Kumari Advocate

for the plaintiff in the above matter, I had served
the writ of Summons along with the copy of the
Plaint upon the Defendants through Registered
post bearing R.L. No. 3514 against the Defendant
No.1, R.L. No. 3515 against the Defendant No. 2,
and all dated 10th December, 2022 at their
 respective last known addresses, as per the record
and information of the Plaintiff.

2. I further say that our office has received the

returned Registered AD packets with the postal
remark “Unclaimed – Returned to sender” upon the
Defendants. Hereto annexed and marked as
Exhibit “A” & “B”, are the returned Registered AD
Packets.

3. I say that Original Writ of Summon also attached

hereto annexed and marked as “Exhibit - C”.

4. I say that whatever is stated in this present affidavit

is true to best of my own knowledge and I believe
the same to be true and correct.
