1.The meeting was commenced by a powerful prayer from James Kiwanuka.

2. The meeting had 4 people in presence namely James Kiwanuka, John Mwigi, Musoke Eric and David.

3. From the last minutes, Biryeri UG had to get a whatsapp group which was made by Eric and all the
members were added.

From the same first meeting it was agreed that the company should get a mandate by being registered
and John & Erick had to take this responsibility.

From the second meeting attended by John, Willis and James Some BOQs were reached unto whereby a
house could cost around 10m to construct and that included a solar and water harvest tank.

It was also established that we should find other ways of including these people in all levels of the
project that is in the construction and also in the agriculture which is supposed to repay the amount
spent on building the house.

It was also established that there should be a problem analysis or bench marking done in Bugiri to
understand the problem to be addressed.

4.John promised that the registration shall be finalized this week on Monday and in the worst case
scenario Tuesday under the Name of Biryeri UG Ltd.

Erick reacted by asking John to profile the company.

Erick also commented that some housing is being done by Habitat for humanity and we could borrow a
leaf from them.

We agreed to register a company limited by guarantee it can make profits which are shared back into
the community and its services are relatively cheaper than the prevailing market prices just like solar

The core values of the organization if we are to succeed include honesty, loyalty and accountability at all
levels.
After the registration the company should get a bank account which and the signatories shall be
decided.

He also promised that once we have the mandate we can be sure of funding within 4 months just for
starters.

David told us about the demographics of the land of Bugiri, the people and how they survive day to day
and he promised a worm welcome to Bugiri since they are known persons there.

It was established one of the strengths of the team include the people like the LcV chairman and other
people.

6.We had wanted to establish how much is needed for a team of 4 people to go to Bugiri for a baseline
survey for 4 days.

Next meeting was scheduled on Wednesday 3pm at sienna.
