RESOLUTION NO. 16 – 001

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PRODUCER’S BANK, SAN MANUEL BRANCH,

SAN MANUEL, PANGASINAN AS OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY BANK OF REV. JESUS
CHUA MENDOZA ASSEMBLE AND APPOINTING THE FAITHFUL COMPTROLLER
AND FAITHFUL NAVIGATOR TO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW FUNDS.

WHEREAS, that Archbishop Hurth Council #4710, of the Knights of Columbus has a
membership of more than 100 Fourth Degree Members from San Manuel, Asingan and Bantog-
Asingan Councils;

WHEREAS, that the office of the Assembly is located at KC Hall at St. Bartholomew Parish,
San Manuel, Pangasinan;
WHEREAS, that the assembly is collecting annual dues from its members for General Fund;
WHEREFORE, a motion duly seconded by the majority that the Assembly will designate a Bank
as depository of its General Fund and be it---

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the PRODUCER’S BANK, San Manuel Branch, San
Manuel, Pangasinan be designated as the official depository bank of the Assembly;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that SK BALTAZAR S. MOISES, Treasurer and SK MAXIMO F.

ESTEBAR, Grand Knight were appointed to deposit and withdraw funds in behalf of the
Assembly;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of Producer’s
Bank, San Manuel Branch, San Manuel, Pangasinan for their record, guidance and approval.
