    BARANGAY TREASURER VENUS M. EA OF BARANGAY SAN NICOLAS, SAN
    ESTEBAN, ILOCOS SUR AS THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES TO TRANSACT BUSINESS
    ROMEO B. GUZMAN AT THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, CANDON CITY BRANCH, ILOCOS SUR
    Chairman, Committee on Energy;
    Committee on Environment and Natural WHEREAS, Section 311 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local
    Resources and Land Disputes Government Code of 1991, mandates that the Barangay Treasurer shall maintain a
    depository account in the name of their respective Local Government Unit with a bank
    preferable government-owned, among others;
    EMIL H. VERGARA
    Chairman, Committee on Agriculture, WHEREAS, in compliance with the General guidelines of Budget Execution No. 1-97 of
    Fisheries and Agrarian Reforms the Department of Budget and Management, the barangay is to maintain an account at
    the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) is the official depository bank of the barangay;

    LEA ANA V. PALACIO NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Ivan Ray Arjhen S.
    Chairman, Committee on Rules and Ethics Elaydo III, duly seconded by Sangguniang Barangay Member Agnes H. Benemerito, be
    it;

    AGNES S. MARIANO RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to maintain an account of the barangay, and
    Chairman, Committee on Health & to authorize Punong Barangay BEVERLY S. ELAYDO and Barangay Treasurer
    Sanitation; Committee on Trade, Industry VENUS M. EA, as the signatories of the barangay account at the Land Bank of the
    and Cooperative Philippines, Candon City Branch, Candon City, Ilocos Sur;

    RESOLVE FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Land
    Bank of the Philippines, Candon City, Ilocos Sur, Department of Budget and
    CAZANDREA KATHERINE A. LUMIBAO Management (DBM) and other offices concerned for their information, guidance and
    Chairman, Committee on Youth; Committee reference.
