OFF THE ROAD TIRE CERTIFIED LIMITED WARRANTY

Limited Warranty
Springpark International Limited, hereafter referred to as “SPI” hereby warrants that every new off-the-road (OTR) tire
purchased from SPI, bearing the brand names Amberstone or Patron Saint is free from manufacturing defects for a period
of 2 years or 3,000 hours, whichever occurs first from the date of invoice from SPI

Warranty Obligations
If a defect in manufacturing is found in any SPI tire, SPI will do any of the following, at the complete discretion of SPI
a) replace the tire
b) apply a credit towards the purchase of SPI tires calculated on the ratio of the remaining tread depth (RTD) to
original tread depth (OTD) at the time of failure of the failed tire
c) pay for the repair of the failed tire after authorization by an SPI representative

Exclusions and Obligations


A) All SPI warranties are limited to the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which they are mounted
B) The following is not covered by the Limited Warranty
a. Tires branded or marked “Non-Adjustable” (N/A) or “Blemished” (Blem), or previously adjusted
b. Failure, damage or irregular wear due to
i. Road hazards (ie punctures, cuts, snags, impact breaks), wreck or collision;
ii. Fire, accident or vandalism;
iii. Mechanical condition of vehicle including improper alignment, improper inflation, wheel
imbalance, faulty shocks or brakes;
iv. Misapplication of tire, including operating in applications where loads on the tires exceed
maximum loads advised or manufacturers TKPH or TMPH is exceeded
v. Alteration of the tire or addition of alien material or transfer from one vehicle to another
c. Cost of service, mounting, dismounting
d. Loss of time or use, inconvenience or any incidental or consequential damages

Owners Obligations
In order to be eligible for SPI Limited Warranty service, the owner must:
A) Present the defective tire to an authorized SPI dealer from which the original purchase was made
B) Present proof of purchase to the satisfaction of the dealer
C) Complete and sign an SPI Warranty Claim Form, which is available at any authorized dealer
D) Pay the amount due on a new tire, less the amount of credit, including taxes, mounting and balancing charges or
cost of other services ordered.

This warranty, or any warranty stated or referred to herein, is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty regarding the
quality of SPI tires, whether expressed or implied, and remedies for breach thereof shall be limited to those specifically
provided herein.
